Go to Wallet > select your card > Details > Card limit to view or change the limits available to you.
Change a limit
- Go to Wallet > select your card > Details > Card limit.
- Select the limit you want to change.
- Enter the new amount.
- Review the change and confirm.
The app may let you set a lower personal limit for one transaction, one day or one month. The options shown in Pyre apply to your card.
Standard maximums
The standard card programme maximum is EUR 30,000 for one transaction and EUR 30,000 in a calendar month. Pyre shows the effective limits for your card in the app.
A lower limit can apply because of your personal setting, account status or a compliance review.
Request a higher maximum
Contact support if you need a limit above the standard maximum. Explain whether the request is for one payment or an ongoing need.
Support may ask for identity, source of funds or source of wealth documents. Only upload documents through the secure route support gives you.
If a change does not apply
Refresh the card screen and check the value again. If it still shows the old limit, contact support with the limit type, requested value and any message shown.
