Quick answer
Go to Wallet and select your card to manage it. You can freeze the card, view details, change available limits, open statements or cancel the card.
Freeze or unfreeze your card
- Go to Wallet > select your card > Freeze.
- Confirm the action.
Freezing is temporary. Return to the same screen and select Unfreeze when you are ready to use the card again.
View card details
Go to Wallet > select your card > Details.
Complete the security check shown before you reveal sensitive card details. Do not share your full card number, expiry date or CVV.
Change your card limits
Go to Wallet > select your card > Details > Card limit.

Open card statements
Go to Wallet > select your card > Details > Payment statements.
Cancel your card
- Go to Wallet > select your card > Details > Cancel card.
- Read the warning and confirm.
Cancellation is permanent. Your past activity remains available after the card stops working.
