Send a supported asset on a supported network to the address shown in Pyre. Pyre automatically converts a successful crypto deposit into PyreUSD.
The app shows the assets and networks available to you. Do not rely on an old list or a saved address.
Deposit crypto
- Go to Home > Receive > Deposit crypto.
- Select the asset you want to send.
- Select the network you want to use.
- Copy the deposit address shown in Pyre.
- In the sending wallet or exchange, select the same asset and network.
- Check the address again and confirm the transfer.
Your address may change between assets or networks. Always use the address shown after you select both options.
If your deposit has not arrived
- Check that the transfer is complete in the sending wallet or exchange.
- Compare the destination address with the address shown in Pyre.
- Check that the asset and network both match your Pyre deposit selection.
- Refresh Pyre and check your activity.
If everything matches, contact support with the transaction link or transaction ID, asset, network, amount and date.
If you use the wrong asset, network or address
Stop and do not send another transfer to test it. Contact support with the transaction link or transaction ID, asset, network, amount and date.
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed after confirmation. Pyre cannot guarantee that funds can be recovered when the asset, network or address does not match your Pyre deposit details.
Stay safe
Only use deposit details shown inside Pyre. Do not share your password, private key, recovery phrase, seed phrase or one-time code.
