If a reward is missing
- Check that the game shows a completed result.
- Refresh Pyre.
- Go to your activity and check for the reward.
- Close and reopen Pyre.
- Update Pyre if a newer version is available.
If the reward still does not appear, contact support with the game name, date, approximate time, result shown and a screenshot of the completed result.
