Support cannot skip a verification step or manually approve an account.
Complete verification
- Open Identity verification when Pyre prompts you.
- Enter the information requested.
- Upload the document shown as accepted in the verification screen.
- Complete the photo or video check when requested.
- Return to Pyre and check your status.
If the app asks for more information
Open the verification flow again and submit the item requested. Use the secure upload inside the flow.
If your status is pending
Wait for the review timing shown in the app. Pyre updates your status when the review finishes.
If the status remains pending beyond that timing, contact support with the email on your account, submission date and exact status shown.
If your verification is rejected
Check whether the app offers another attempt or asks for more information. Follow that option when it appears.
Support can check the status and help with an app problem. Support cannot normally reverse a verification decision.
If verification is blocked or unavailable
Take a screenshot of the message and contact support. Include the exact wording, the last step you completed and your country of residence.
Keep your documents safe
Only upload identity documents through the secure verification flow. Do not send identity documents in chat or email unless support gives you an approved secure upload link.
