Quick answer
If you think your Pyre account or card has been compromised, act immediately. Freeze your card if you can access the app, secure your email and device and contact support with details of what happened.
Pyre support will never ask for your password, full card number, CVV, bank login details, private key, recovery phrase, seed phrase, passkey or one-time code.

My card details may be compromised
Freezing your card prevents future card payments from being authorised.
If you believe your card details were exposed, freeze the card and contact support. We may need to replace the card or review recent transactions.
My account may be compromised
Secure the email account connected to Pyre first. Change your email password and sign out of other email sessions where your provider allows it.
If you can access Pyre, review recent activity and contact support. If you cannot access Pyre, contact support from the email address on your account where possible.
Suspicious messages
Be careful with messages asking you to move funds, share codes or reveal account details.
Only use the official Pyre app and official support channels. Do not follow links from unknown senders.
